Decadent Brownies (Favorite of Marsha)

Ingredients:

• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour

1. Preheat oven to 350.  Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is completely melted. 

3. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix well.  Add flour and stir.  Spread batter in pan.

4. Bake for 25 Minutes.

Frosting Ingredients:

• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• ½ cup Egg Beaters
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 (1 lb) box confectioner’s sugar
• 4 cups mini marshmallows

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is completely melted. 

2. Add Egg Beaters, vanilla, and sugar; stir until smooth.  Stir in marshmallows; they will soften but not melt completely.

3. Spread frosting over warm brownies.
