Wacky Cake (Favorite of Aunt Onie)

Ingredients:

• 3 Cups Flour
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 6 TBLS. Cocoa
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tsp. vinegar
• 1 scant tsp. salt
• 9 TBLS. Melted Butter
• 2 Cups water

Directions:

1. Put dry ingredients into a 9 x 12 greased baking pan. Make 3 holes and put vanilla in one, vinegar in one and melted butter in one. Pour water over all and mix together.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

3. Ice with any white icing
