Red and Green Cabbage Slaw (Favorite of Grandma Linda)

Ingredients:

  • ½  Green pepper
  • 4 Cups shredded red and green cabbage
  • ½  Cup celery
  • Onion (minced)
  • Cup sugar
  • ½  Tsp. salt
  • ½  Cup water
  • ¾  Cup vinegar
  • ½  Cup oil

Mix the above ingredients and allow to stand over night covered in the refrigerator.
