Seven Layer Cookies (Favorite of Ben)
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Mix and press into bottom (and up the sides just a little)
of 9 x 13 pan. Then sprinkle in order:
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
- 3 ½ oz shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Bake for 30 min. at 350.
