Pork Schnitzel (Favorite of Grandma Linda)
Directions:
1.
Buy a piece of pork loin and either have the butcher cut it into 1 -1/2” slices
or slice it yourself. Butterfly the slices. Pound each butterfly into as thin a
slice as you can get. You can also ask the butcher to run it through the
tenderizer a couple of times, but make sure his tenderizer is clean before he
starts.
2.
Dip each slice into beaten egg (you can add a little milk to the egg) and then
into Italian bread crumbs.
3.
Brown good on each side in a little oil and then put into the oven to bake at
350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done. (It depends on the thickness of
the slices).
