Fried Chicken (Favorite of Grandma Linda)

1. Mix flour and salt in large bowl and milk in another.

2. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk and then into the flour mixture, making sure you coat it thoroughly. 

3. Put each piece of chicken in frying pan and brown all sides of the chicken in uncovered pan. (I used Crisco back then but now I would use olive oil). When the chicken is browned nicely, turn heat down and cover pan. Cook until done, turning often about 20-30 minutes.  Remove cover for the last five or 10 minutes.
